The written examination for the posts of General LineTeachers conducted by the District Service Selection Recruitment Board (DSSRB)Kargil concluded smoothly at Khree Sultan Cho Sports Stadium Bemathang heretoday.

The written test was conducted under the overall supervisionof the Chairman DSSRB and Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Baseer ulHaq Choudhary for which all necessary measures were put in place by the DistrictAdministration so as to conduct the written examination in the most transparent,free, fair and smooth manner.

In order to monitor the whole examination process in acontrolled and organized manner, the written test was conducted under a properteam comprising of a team of 12 Observers and 71 Supervisors and AssistantSupervisors.

Out of the 3537 candidates who had applied for theexamination for 58 vacant posts of General Line Teachers, 2976 candidatesappeared in the written test.
